I come from a hybrid account and project management background within integrated advertising agencies.
I have managed budgets and teams of people for many years.
I am a thick skinned and persistent introvert, quick to become personally invested in facing challenges and solving problems. My style is nurturing, building bridges to defuse confrontation and allow things to flow. I can introduce change to a team or process without being autocratic. I dream big, but remain skeptical and expect a lot from myself.
