I’m experienced in delivering insight and producing branding. I’ve done lots of research with focus groups, online surveys, face to face and telephone interviews, web user testing and ‘jobs to be done.’
Recent projects
Co-branding, taken up a gear
I consulted with Bikmo and British Cycling on their brand partnership. Fintech startup Bikmo became the insurance provider to British Cycling members in 2019. A new website, video and various member communications needed a co-branded identity. The proposed solution went live in May along with messaging to help Bikmo make the most of the partnership in the cycling industry.
A community of passions
I produced an intranet for Tarmac that built a community of passions for their employees. I conducted a nationwide employee research study to discover the drivers and blockers to their engagement with the company culture and initiatives. The results informed an easily accessible, responsive news site with simple language and straightforward feedback features. Users could navigate to content via a map – as long-standing regional pride was very strong amongst quarry, factory and office staff.
