I have twelve years of experience in UX, Product Management and Digital Production. I elevate teams to deliver award winning, profitable digital products and campaigns. I am widely experienced in Agile delivery, becoming a Certified Scrum Product Owner in 2019.

Experience: Jaguar Land Rover Configurator

In this 10 month contract as a Digital Product Owner, I was responsible for three sprint teams working on the B2C web configurator application, and the support desk for data consumers.
In 2019, my projects included:

  • Switch over from simple NEDC CO2 emissions to a dynamic data integration of the new WLTP standard.
  • The launch planning for a new Jaguar vehicle, briefing the vehicle proposition and specification to change the platform UX.
  • Branded eCommerce platform delivery in the UK & China.
  • Improving how the configurator is integrated with the sales process at retail, automating and enhancing how customers discover, select and order vehicles.
  • Validating, onboarding and managing the portfolio of configurator vehicle data consumers.

Experience: Earthworm Group UX

Earthworm is an investment company investing only in projects that will have a positive social and environmental impact on the world. I created the UX for a new website in 2019. I mapped their personas to possible journeys, proposing messages and actions required to convert each defined goal. I created wireframes for each template and guided the delivery team to create a new website.

Experience: Land Rover Defender Journeys

In 2015 I produced a website for Land Rover called Defender Journeys. The website was the centre of a social media campaign giving Defender fans and owners the chance to celebrate and share their memories. The responsive website allowed users to plot their journeys on a custom Google Map along with their story, photographs and films. Once reviewed and approved, the journeys were curated on the Land Rover brand website. It capitalised on the amazing advocacy of customers, with more than 500 adventures published.
